If you order direct
I will ship via the USPS Priority Mail. This typically takes about two business days to get to you. My charge is a flat rate of $4.35 for the first copy and about $1.20 for each additional copy. Unfortunately, if you live in Pennsylvania, I have to charge you 6% sales tax, something which lulu and the online retailers may not do.

If you want to get the lowest cost shipping method, Lulu has just introduced new shipping options via the USPS. If you choose standard US rate, your shipping cost for one copy is actually a few cents less than what I can ship for.
